Hi! My name is Aurelia Brizuela, and I’m part of the Medford Jr. Mustangs Junior Pee Wee Cheer Team. This year my team worked really, really hard and we qualified for Nationals in Charlotte, North Carolina, on December 9–12!

Going to Nationals is something I’ve dreamed about since I started cheering. I love my teammates, I love performing, and I’m so excited (and nervous!) to compete at the biggest event of the year.

To make this happen, my family and I are raising money to cover the travel costs so I can represent Medford at Nationals. If you’re able to help - even a small amount - I would be so grateful. It means a lot to me that you’re reading this!

⭐ Why We’re Fundraising (from Mom and Dad)

We are incredibly proud of Aurelia and her teammates. They’ve shown real commitment - practices, conditioning, games, nerves, teamwork, and so much heart. Qualifying for Nationals is a huge accomplishment, but getting there comes with significant, required travel costs.

To be completely transparent, here is the exact breakdown:

1️⃣ Mandatory Hotel Package (“Stay-to-Play”)

Pop Warner requires all athletes and their accompanying adult to stay in an assigned hotel package.

  • $1,800 total for one athlete + one parent

  • Shared room - we are not choosing upgrades

  • Families cannot choose an alternative hotel or find cheaper rates on their own

  • This is part of the event requirement, not a personal choice

2️⃣ Flights - Cheapest Economy Available

We will be booking the lowest-cost economy-class fares possible.

  • Approx. $1,300 total for parent + athlete

  • No upgrades, no add-ons

  • We are selecting the cheapest options on the market

⭐ Total estimated cost: ~$3,100

We want everyone who donates to know:

➡️ We are required to follow the event’s hotel rules
➡️ Every dollar goes directly to making Aurelia’s trip possible
